This is where Europe's finance runs through, and the city's hotel stock reflects it: high-rise towers near the Messe convention grounds, business-class chains clustered by the Hauptbahnhof, and a smaller crop of design-forward options around the Altstadt and the riverside Sachsenhausen district. Stay here for the airport connections (FRA is one of the continent's biggest hubs), the trade fairs, or a short, purposeful stopover before moving on to somewhere with more romance.
