Do I need Dispatch+ to plan a trip?
No. The planner, the Thursday Dispatch and one weekly fare alert stay free. Dispatch+ lifts the daily limits and adds the watching. A free account watches one saved trip at a time; Dispatch+ is for when you save more than one, want the daily limits gone, or want fare alerts the same day.
What gets watched when I save a trip?
Save a trip and we watch up to three of its hotels and its cheapest flight. Each is re-priced every day, and you get one email when a price drops. Watched prices are estimates: a hotel is the cheapest room at the same property for your dates, a flight is the cheapest fare on the route, not one exact ticket.
How fast will I hear about a drop?
Watched trips and picks are re-priced once a day. If a price has dropped, a Dispatch+ member’s email goes out the same day, at most one alert a day. A free account’s alerts arrive weekly.
Will this fill my inbox?
No more than one fare alert a day, from the airports you choose. On a route you watch you can set a price ceiling, so we tell you only when the fare is under it. Every alert email has a link to change or pause your alerts.
What is a mistake fare?
A fare filed at the wrong price: a currency slip, a missing surcharge. They can be short-lived, and airlines sometimes cancel them.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep Dispatch+ until the end of the period you paid for, then your account goes back to the free plan and its free limits. Your saved trips stay saved.
How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?
