Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using destination.com. These Terms govern your use of our website, newsletter, and all related services.
Acceptance of terms
destination.com (the “Site”) is operated by PMA Studios LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we”, “us”). Technology, advertising and payment services for the Site are provided by PGAM Media as our service provider. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Use of the site
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to: (a) use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws; (b) scrape, crawl, or systematically collect content from the Site without our written permission; (c) reproduce, republish, or redistribute our editorial content without attribution and a link back to the original; (d) use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, guides, graphics, logos, and the Site's design — is owned by PMA Studios LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. If you believe content on the Site infringes a copyright you own, follow the notice procedure on our Copyright & DMCA page at /copyright. You may share links to our content. You may quote brief excerpts (up to 100 words) with clear attribution and a link back to the original page. You may not reproduce full articles or guides without written permission.
Affiliate links & booking
The Site contains affiliate links to Expedia and other travel booking platforms. When you click an affiliate link and make a booking, we may earn a commission. This does not affect the price you pay. We are not a party to any booking contract between you and any third-party booking platform. All bookings, cancellations, refunds, and disputes are governed by the terms and conditions of the relevant booking platform (e.g. Expedia). Where you book directly on the Site rather than through an affiliate link, the booking is sold and charged by PGAM Media as merchant of record under its services agreement with us, and the carrier's or property's own conditions of carriage or stay also apply.
Accuracy of information
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date travel information, but we make no warranties or representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content on the Site. Travel conditions — including visa requirements, entry restrictions, prices, hotel availability, and opening hours — change frequently. Always verify current conditions from official sources before travelling.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, destination.com and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including booking platforms, tourism boards, and airlines. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York County, New York.

Dispatch+ refund guarantee
If you buy Dispatch+ (the annual plan, at the standard price of $69 or the founding price of $49and ask us for a refund within 30so founding-price members are refunded $49. The guarantee applies to your first Dispatch+ purchase only: one refund per customer. To ask, use the contact form at destination.com/contact, and include the email address on your membership in the form. We reply within one business day. We refund to your original payment method. When a refund in full is issued, your Dispatch+ membership ends and your account returns to the free Thursday Dispatch.
Dispatch+ automatic renewal
Dispatch+ is an annual subscription, and it renews automatically. Each year, on the anniversary of your purchase, we charge the payment method on your membership for another year. The price is the one shown when you bought: $69 for the standard plan, or $49 for the founding plan. Founding members keep the founding price for as long as their membership stays continuously active. A founding membership renews each year at the founding price of $49 for as long as it stays continuously active. A promotional code applies to the purchase it was used on; unless the code itself says otherwise, renewals are charged at the price stated here. If a membership ends and you join again later, the price on offer at that time applies. Your renewal date and price are shown in your account and on your receipt. To cancel, sign in, open your Dispatch+ membership page and choose Manage billing. That opens our payment provider's billing portal, where you can cancel. You can cancel any time before your renewal date, and you will not be charged for the next year. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds: our 30-day guarantee, described above, covers your first Dispatch+ purchase only, and our policy is one refund per customer. A renewal payment is not refunded under the guarantee. After the guarantee period, we do not refund a payment. Cancel to stop the next renewal.
