Flights
Your airline’s fares on your route screen the price each day. Before we email, a live search has to find your exact flights and fare at least 15% and $50 under what you paid. A cheaper fare on another airline, or in another fare class, is shown in your wallet as an estimate and never emailed.
Airlines
Any airline or hotel can be added. For Delta, United, American, Alaska and Southwest, the email says what the airline’s change policy is likely to give back. Basic economy fares are left out. The button opens the airline’s own manage-booking page for Emirates, JetBlue and Lufthansa; for every other airline it opens your booking on Destination.
Your data
No airline login and no access to your inbox: you forward one email, or upload or type the booking in. Your confirmation code is stored encrypted and never appears in an email or a link. We never change a booking for you.

Is it free?
Yes, with a free account: your soonest booking is re-priced every day, and the others are kept until it passes. Dispatch+ ($69 a year) re-prices every booking you add and emails the same day.
What counts as a drop?
A hotel has to be at least 5% and $20 under what you paid, for the same property and dates. A flight has to be at least 15% and $50 under, and we only email it after a live search finds your exact flights and fare at that price. Smaller moves show in your wallet and are not emailed.
Do you need my airline login or my inbox?
No. You forward one confirmation email to your own address with us, or upload a PDF or screenshot, or type the booking in. Your confirmation code is stored encrypted and is never put in an email or a link; the email shows only its last two characters.
What do I do when I get the email?
The email shows what you paid and the price now, and whether the airline is likely to give the difference back as credit when you change the fare. One button takes you to your booking. You change the fare on the airline’s or hotel’s own site; we never change a booking for you.
Which flights can be rebooked?
A paid fare the airline lets you change. Basic economy fares are left out because the airline will not change them, so a drop on one is noise. For a round trip we check both directions as one paired search; a round-trip drop shows in your wallet first and is emailed once we have checked the paired price against enough real bookings.
Can I check a fare myself?
Yes. Every flight in your wallet has a Check my fare now button that runs the same live search as the daily check, up to 3 times a booking and 10 times a day.
