Hilton Adds Kauai, Kuala Lumpur, Valencia This Quarter
Hilton says it is opening its first Hawaii Curio Collection property and entering Malaysia, Spain and Mexico's Baja California this quarter, alongside a $25 million overhaul of Conrad Indianapolis.

Hilton said it is opening hotels in several markets for the first time this quarter, including Malaysia, Spain and Mexico's Baja California peninsula, while also debuting Hawaii's first Curio Collection by Hilton property on the island of Kauai. The company detailed the additions in a release describing what it called strong momentum across its portfolio heading into the new season.
The headline debut is Hale Hokuala Kauai, Curio Collection by Hilton, a lifestyle resort in Lihue that Hilton anticipates opening in September 2026. The property sits along the 18th hole of the Ocean Course at Hokuala, a Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course, and is within walking distance of Kalapaki Beach. Hilton said the resort's rooms draw on traditional Hawaiian bungalow design, with private lanais and spa-inspired bathrooms.

In Southeast Asia, NoMad is set to make its Singapore debut, while Kuala Lumpur will gain both a Waldorf Astoria and a Conrad, marking the first appearances of those two luxury brands in Malaysia. Hilton is also pushing further into new geographic territory elsewhere: Cuber House Valencia, Curio Collection by Hilton will become the company's first hotel in the Spanish coastal city, and Perla La Paz, Tapestry Collection by Hilton — opening inside the historic Hotel Perla building — will mark Hilton's entry into Baja California.
U.S. expansion targets Naples, Indianapolis, Pittsburgh and Huntsville
Domestically, Hilton is growing two of its newer brands. Signia Hilton, the company's brand built around large-scale conference and meetings hotels, is adding properties in Naples, Florida, and Indianapolis. Apartment Collection by Hilton — one of the company's newest brands, aimed at longer-stay, apartment-style accommodations — is expanding into Pittsburgh and Huntsville, Alabama.

Conrad Indianapolis gets $25 million refresh for 20th anniversary
Alongside the new openings, Hilton is putting money into existing properties. The company said Conrad Indianapolis is undergoing a $25 million property-wide renovation timed to coincide with the hotel's 20th anniversary. Hilton did not specify a completion date for the renovation in its announcement.
To coincide with the new openings, Hilton is running a Hilton Honors promotion called "More Points to Play," active from October 15, 2026 through December 31, 2026. Under the promotion, members earn 3,000 bonus points for stays at any of Hilton's luxury, lifestyle, resort or all-inclusive properties — a category the company says now spans more than 1,000 hotels — and 1,000 bonus points for stays elsewhere in the portfolio. Hilton framed the offer as a way for members to "unlock free nights, premium experiences and elite benefits" while trying out the newly opened hotels. Travelers interested in the Kauai resort or the Kuala Lumpur debuts should watch for firm booking dates as September 2026 approaches.
