Inn-Flow Taps Jon Coley to Lead Sales for AI-Driven Hotel Platform
The Raleigh-based hospitality technology firm has brought aboard a veteran SaaS executive to accelerate market expansion as demand grows for its all-in-one back-office solutions.
Inn-Flow, a cloud-based operations platform serving the hotel industry, has named Jon Coley as Senior Vice President and Head of Sales, tasking the two-decade technology sales veteran with driving the company's go-to-market approach as it scales its AI-enhanced accounting and labor management offerings.
Coley arrives with over 20 years of experience building sales organizations and partner channels for software-as-a-service companies. His most recent role was Senior Vice President of Sales at GoCanvas, where he developed sales strategies and expanded partnership networks. Earlier career stops include senior sales positions at Device Magic, SAVO Group, KnowledgeTree, Informatica, and StrikeIron, according to the announcement.
In his new role, Coley will oversee the development of scalable sales processes while collaborating with product and marketing teams to identify expansion opportunities. The Raleigh, North Carolina–based firm says he'll focus on connecting hotel operators with its unified platform, which integrates accounting, payroll, procurement, labor scheduling, and facilities management into a single system.
"Jon brings the strategic perspective, goal-oriented discipline and customer-driven focus we need as demand for Inn-Flow's solutions continues to rapidly grow across the industry," said John Erhart, founder and CEO of Inn-Flow. The company emphasized that Coley's mandate includes preserving its partnership-oriented customer service model even as the platform adds new AI-powered capabilities.
Inn-Flow positions itself as purpose-built for hotel operations, offering tools designed to align teams from general managers to C-suite executives around shared data and processes. The platform has earned top rankings in the Hotel Tech Awards for both accounting software and labor management, and holds Level III Support Certification—a credential reflecting its customer service standards.
The appointment comes as the company seeks to capitalize on growing interest in technology that consolidates back-office functions and applies artificial intelligence to improve profitability and operational decision-making across hotel portfolios.
