dailypoint expands Americas footprint with New York, Anguilla hotels
The hospitality technology provider has added a cabin-style Manhattan property and a Caribbean beach club to its customer portfolio, implementing its customer data platform and property management integrations at both locations.
Hospitality technology firm dailypoint has brought two new properties in the Americas onto its platform, expanding its customer base with additions in New York City and the eastern Caribbean.
The company announced that Now Now NoHo, a cabin-style hotel in Manhattan, and Carimar Beach Club in Anguilla have adopted its suite of technology solutions. According to the announcement, both properties will deploy dailypoint's customer data platform and customer relationship management tools alongside a real-time integration with Stayntouch property management systems.
The additions represent geographic diversity for dailypoint's portfolio, pairing an urban micro-hotel concept in one of the world's most competitive lodging markets with a beach-focused resort property in the Caribbean. Now Now NoHo operates in Manhattan's NoHo neighborhood, employing a cabin-hotel format that has gained traction in space-constrained urban markets. Carimar Beach Club, meanwhile, caters to the leisure segment in Anguilla's tourism-driven economy.
The technology implementation centers on dailypoint's core platform capabilities, which combine guest data aggregation with customer relationship tools designed to drive direct bookings and repeat visits. The Stayntouch integration enables real-time data synchronization between reservation systems and marketing platforms, a configuration aimed at reducing manual data transfers and improving guest communication timing.
The expansion follows broader industry momentum toward unified guest data systems as hotels seek alternatives to third-party booking channels. Both independent properties and smaller brands have increasingly adopted customer data platforms in recent years, pursuing strategies that emphasize direct relationships with guests rather than distribution through online travel agencies.
