1. Sponsor
The destination.com Monthly Trip Credit Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by destination.com (PGAM Media), PGAM Media · destination.com Sweepstakes Administrator.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
Each monthly Sweepstakes period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on the first calendar day of each month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the last calendar day of that same month (the “Entry Period”). Entries must be received within the Entry Period to be eligible for that month’s drawing.
4. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, visit https://www.destination.com/win and complete the entry form, including a valid email address, ZIP/postal code, and age range. Submission of the entry form constitutes one (1) entry into that month’s Sweepstakes. Limit: one (1) entry per person, per email address, per Entry Period. Use of any automated means, bots, scripts, or multiple email addresses to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Alternative Free Method of Entry:To enter without using the online entry form, hand-print your full name, address, email address, daytime telephone number, age, and the words “destination.com Monthly Trip Credit Sweepstakes” on a 3" × 5" card and mail it to PGAM Media · destination.com Sweepstakes Administrator. Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the Entry Period and received within seven (7) days of the end of that Entry Period. Limit one mail-in entry per envelope.
5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded per Entry Period: a $500USD trip credit redeemable on destination.com toward flights and/or accommodation bookings via our affiliate partners (the “Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500 USD. Total ARV of all prizes awarded across the calendar year: $6000 USD.
Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent will be offered except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize credit expires twelve (12) months from the date issued. Bookings must be initiated through destination.com affiliate links to qualify for redemption.
6. Drawing & Odds
On or about the first (1st) day of the month following each Entry Period, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification email within five (5) business days with their full legal name and a confirmation of eligibility. Failure to respond, return required documents, or comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.
8. Privacy
Information submitted with your entry is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to Sponsor’s collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. If you opt in to receive marketing communications, you may unsubscribe at any time.
9. Releases
By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the Prize, including, but not limited to, unauthorized human intervention, errors in administration, or any printing or typographical errors.
10. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should any virus, bug, technical failure, unauthorized human intervention, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
11. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Delaware, without respect to conflict of laws doctrines.
12. Winners List
For a list of recent winners, visit https://www.destination.com/win/winners or send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor address above with the request “Winners List — destination.com Monthly Trip Credit Sweepstakes” within six (6) months of the relevant drawing.
These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between you and the Sponsor with respect to the Sweepstakes. Save or print these rules for your records.
