Cloud hotel property management system provider Stayntouch has formed an integration partnership with booking engine platform Namastay, connecting the two systems to enable real-time synchronization of reservations, rates and guest information between direct bookings and hotel operations.

The integration addresses a persistent challenge for independent and boutique properties: reducing reliance on online travel agency commissions by creating a direct booking experience that matches third-party platforms in speed and ease of use, according to the companies. When guests complete a reservation through a hotel's website using Namastay's mobile-optimized interface, the booking appears instantly in the Stayntouch system without requiring manual data entry by front desk or reservations staff.

Namastay's checkout process accommodates digital wallets, buy-now-pay-later financing options and major credit cards, while adhering to PCI DSS payment security and GDPR privacy standards. The integration has already been deployed at Zoku, a hybrid hospitality brand operating properties in Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Paris and Vienna, representing one of the first Stayntouch clients to implement the new booking technology.

"Direct bookings work best when the technology behind them is invisible to the guest and effortless for the hotel," said Frédéric Robles, co-founder and chief executive of Namastay. "Our integration with Stayntouch removes operational complexity, allowing hotel teams to focus on their guests instead of their systems."

Reid Webster, vice president of partnerships and strategic growth at Stayntouch, described Namastay's direct booking methodology as aligned with the requirements of independent and boutique properties. The integration eliminates reservation abandonment friction points by streamlining the mobile booking path while maintaining complete synchronization between guest-facing and back-office systems.

Namastay currently serves more than three hundred properties across forty-two countries, according to the company. The partnership adds Namastay to Stayntouch's ecosystem of integrated technology providers serving hotels worldwide.
