Resort-wide renovation underway through 2026
Naples Grande is currently undergoing what Hilton characterizes as the most significant transformation in the property's nearly four-decade history. The renovation will touch every category of guest-facing space: redesigned rooms and suites, new dining concepts, wellness amenities, and social gathering areas intended to encourage guest interaction. The project is scheduled for completion ahead of the debut.
"Naples is one of Florida's most coveted coastal destinations, and this resort provides an exceptional backdrop for the hallmarks of the Signia Hilton experience, offering guests a distinctive setting to connect, celebrate, discover and immerse themselves in the best of Florida's Gulf Coast," said Meghan Fitzgerald, global brand leader for Signia Hilton, in the announcement.
Three miles of Gulf Coast beach access
The resort sits along three miles of beachfront that includes the mangrove forests of Clam Pass, a draw for visitors who return to Naples annually for its combination of natural beauty and refined amenities. The property's location positions it in one of Florida's leading luxury markets, where demand for upscale accommodations has remained consistent year-round. Hilton Honors members booking the resort after its conversion will earn and redeem points under the program's standard terms for Signia properties, which sit in the upper tier of the company's brand hierarchy.
